Arsenal to miss out on Yves Bissouma?

Arsenal could reportedly struggle to meet the asking price for Brighton & Hove midfielder Yves Bissouma.
Bissouma has been identified as one of their top summer targets, and they have already made contact with his representative.
A recent report from The Mirror claimed that the Gunners were leading the race to sign him for around £30 million.
It is now claimed that the club could face stiff competition from the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool.
The added interest could increase the midfielder's price tag further, and the Gunners may struggle to meet the demands. 
Mikel Arteta recently said that the club's summer transfer business is dependent on the funds recouped from player sales.
The club are open to parting ways with players, who are out on loan. They could also offload those approaching the end of their contracts.
The likes of Alexandre Lacazette, Hector Bellerin, Granit Xhaka and Willian have been linked with potential summer exits.
