Chelsea make transfer decision on Adama Traore
Chelsea have no plans of signing Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker Adam Traore before the transfer deadline.
The Spaniard was linked with the Blues last month with suggestions that Thomas Tuchel wants to play him in the right wing-back role.
However, the Blues have not made any formal approach, and The Athletic claims that they are unlikely to follow up their initial interest.
The west London giants made contact with the player's agent, but they have now cooled their pursuit with Tuchel pleased with his options.
Cesar Azpilicueta, Reece James and Callum Hudson-Odoi have played in the position. Tuchel is happy to continue with the same personnel.
Traore could still leave Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer with speculation that Liverpool could make a late approach.
The Midlands outfit are unlikely to sell him cheaply. They are likely to demand at least £40m to part ways with the winger.
Traore recently featured in Wolves' 1-0 Premier League loss at Leicester City.
