Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang fully committed to Arsenal
Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is fully committed to the club amid the speculation over his future.
The Gabon international bagged just 15 goals last term, and he recently had a poor pre-season, scoring just once.
According to Sky Sports' Dharmesh Sheth, Aubameyang was ill which contributed to his absence at Brentford.
It is added that Aubameyang is committed to the Gunners, and would like to return to first-team action soon.
Alongside Aubameyang, Lacazette was also unavailable to face the Bees in the curtain raiser due to illness.
Both players have yet to report to training. They are unlikely to feature against Chelsea this weekend.
Mikel Arteta is already under fierce pressure after a shock 2-0 defeat to Brentford on the road last week.
They face a tough challenge against Chelsea at home on Sunday followed by a difficult trip to Manchester City.
With the lack of firepower upfront, the Gunners face the risk of going into the international break on zero points.
