Liverpool and Tottenham keeping tabs on West Ham forward

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keeping a close watch on the performances of West Ham United forward Jarrod Bowen.
The 24-year-old has evolved into a key player under manager David Moyes, and he is currently an undisputed starter in the Premier League.
He was linked with a potential move to Anfield earlier this summer, but nothing materialised beyond the speculation in the media.
According to The Independent, the Reds are now considered to be monitoring his displays alongside Tottenham and Leicester City
Bowen still has four years remaining on his existing deal with the Hammers. They are in a strong position to keep hold of his services.
The club were demanding over £100m for Declan Rice last summer amid high-profile interest from Manchester United and Chelsea.
Bowen was signed from Hull City for £20m in January last year. It won't be a surprise if the Hammers demand £50m to sanction his sale.
The versatile forward was ever-present in the Premier League for the Hammers last term, bagging eight goals and five assists.
