Liverpool linked with move for Wolves attacker
Liverpool have emerged as potential contenders to sign Adama Traore during the January transfer window.
The Spaniard has been one of Wolves' key players over the past few seasons, but he could leave them soon.
His current contract expires in June 2023, and talks over a renewal have reached a standstill at the moment.
According to 90min, the winger could be the subject of interest from the Reds and Barcelona at the turn of the year.
Traore was the subject of interest from Tottenham Hotspur over the summer, but Wolves were reluctant to sell him.
The north London giants initially proposed a loan deal before making an offer of around £30m for his services.
Wolves were adamant that they wouldn't sell him for less than £50m, but are expected to change their stance in January.
The Reds are looking for cover this winter with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane off to African Cup of Nations duty.
Traore has struggled with his finishing over the past 18 months, but he is still hugely admired by manager Jurgen Klopp.
