Romelu Lukaku to make Chelsea injury return vs Juventus?
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Romelu Lukaku could make the bench for tomorrow's Champions League clash against Juventus.
The Belgium international suffered an ankle injury against Malmo last month. In the same game, Timo Werner went off with a hamstring problem.
Both players have now returned to training. Werner was an unused substitute in the Blues' 3-0 Premier League win over Leicester City last weekend.
He could get a cameo against the Bianconeri tomorrow, and Tuchel has now confirmed that Lukaku could be fit enough to make the bench as well.
The striker returned to individual training last week. He has provided a timely boost ahead of the league meeting against Manchester United.
Lukaku could be restricted to few minutes in midweek. Tuchel would ideally want him ready for the visit of the Red Devils on Sunday.
The Blues are top of the Premier League with a three-point lead over Manchester City. They will be favourites to beat United.
United have been in poor league form with five losses in the last seven games. They recently dismisses manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
