Liverpool to sign Colombian attacker in January?
Liverpool are reportedly considering a move for Porto forward Luis Diaz ahead of the winter transfer window.
The 24-year-old has been in fine form for Porto this season, bagging 13 goals and two assists from 20 games in all competitions.
Chelsea have recently been credited with an interest in him, but A Bola claims that the Reds are also exploring a deal.
Jurgen Klopp was hugely impressed with the Colombian during Liverpool's recent Champions League games against Porto.
The German would like to sign the attacker in January in order to cover up the void left by Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.
Salah and Mane will travel for African Cup of Nations duty next month.
The wide duo may not return until February if Egypt and Senegal progress to the final four of the continental competition.
Diaz is being eyed to compensate for the pair's absence, but he won't come on the cheap with Porto valuing him at £42 million.
