Two Premier League clubs vying to sign Arsenal striker
Brighton & Hove Albion are set to compete with Crystal Palace in the race to sign Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah this month.
Nketiah has entered the final six months of his contract, and he has no plans of renewing his deal amid the lack of regular game time.
The Gunners are now open to selling him. The Sun reports that the striker could be handed the chance to prove himself in the Premier League.
Crystal Palace were eager to land his services last summer, but were put off by the £60,000-a-week wage demands. They are likely to return for him.
The south London outfit could face stiff competition from Brighton, who are desperate to add more quality to their frontline this month.
The Seagulls have made a vast improvement in their defensive displays from last season. They are presently lying ninth with 27 points.
They have still had plenty of concerns in attack. The south Coast outfit have been prone to squandering clear-cut chances on goal.
