Erik ten Hag wants midfielder on a free transfer
Erik ten Hag wants midfielder on a free transfer

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is keen on pursuing a Bosman deal for Brentford midfielder Christian Eriksen.
The Dane suffered a shock cardiac arrest at the Euros last summer, but he has since made a superb recovery to continue playing.
Eriksen initially trained with former club Ajax before earning a short-term contract with Brentford in January this year.
He was hugely successful for the Bees with one goal and four assists from 10 games, and could now join a bigger club.
Tottenham Hotspur are interested in re-signing Eriksen on a free transfer when his contract expires at the end of the month.
However, they could face competition from United. Ten Hag is said to be a huge admirer of how Eriksen has restarted his career.
He has been impressed by his performances at Brentford, and believes he would be a quality signing for the Red Devils.
The Dutchman wants to maximise the club's summer budget, and is looking for a couple of bargains in the transfer market.
