Paris Saint-Germain stance on Presnel Kimpembe

PSG won't sell Kimpembe for cheap

Chelsea will need to make a much improved offer to convince Paris Saint-Germain to sell Presnel Kimpembe this summer.

The Blues have already signed Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli, but they are eyeing two more central defenders.

Kimpembe and Jules Kounde are the main targets, but it appears they have much work to do to land the former.

Les Parisiens value the Frenchman at €60m, and Chelsea are yet to come close to meet the price tag for the 26-year-old.

Their latest offer stands at €45m including add-ons, and Les Parisiens have no plans of doing business at that package.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that Kimpembe would prefer to continue at Parc des Princes amid the speculation.

The centre-back is not actively pushing to leave the French champions, and Chelsea may also need to convince him.

Aside from Koulibaly, the Blues have bolstered their frontline this summer with the purchase of Raheem Sterling.

They are currently in advanced talks with La Liga side Sevilla over Kounde. The 23-year-old could cost around €60m.
