Emmanuel Dennis to make move to Nottingham Forest?

Watford striker Emmanuel Dennis has emerged as the final piece of the jigsaw in Nottingham Forest's busy summer transfer programme, as the Nigerian international forward looks set to complete a mega money move to the City Ground before the end of the transfer window. 24-year-old Dennis scored 10 goals for Watford last year, and those numbers will likely help him secure a deal worth a reported £28 million.
West Ham were linked with a transfer for Dennis earlier in the season, but were not able to match Watford's then valuation for the player. The Vicarage Road outfit have since reduced their price, and Nottingham Forest will agree a deal that will likely take their transfer spending well past £100 million this summer.
Dennis arrived at Vicarage Road from Club Brugge in 2021, and has played 7 times for Nigeria's national team, bagging one goal so far.
Everton and Villarreal are amongst the clubs chasing the striker, but it is understood Forest are firmly in pole position, and will pay the Nigerian an estimated £140,000 per week to make a transfer move north.
