Chelsea confirm Graham Potter as new head coach

Chelsea have confirmed Graham Potter as their new head coach following the dismissal of Thomas Tuchel.
Tuchel was sacked as the Blues manager on Wednesday morning after the club's disappointing 1-0 defeat at Dinamo Zagreb.
Within hours, the club's owners requested permission to speak with Brighton's Potter and he is now officially Chelsea's head coach.
A statement from the club read: "Chelsea Football Club is delighted to welcome Graham Potter as our new Head Coach, joining us on a five-year contract to bring his progressive football and innovative coaching to the Club."
Chelsea have reportedly paid a compensation fee of around £21 million to the Seagulls for the release of Potter and his entire staff.
Potter will immediately take charge of Chelsea for Friday's training session and should make his managerial debut for them on Saturday.
The Blues have had an average start to the Premier League campaign with just 10 points attained from their opening six matches.
In comparison, Brighton have fared much better with 13 points. Potter will now be aiming to change the fortunes of the London side.
They face a tricky trip to Fulham this weekend. Aleksandar Mitrovic is in the form of his life with six goals already this season.
