Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia to be dropped by Ten Hag?
Manchester United duo Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia could be dropped by manager Erik ten Hag for Sunday's game at Everton.
The Red Devils recently won 3-2 in the Europa League to Omonia Nicosia but their overall performance was far from convincing.
Sancho and Malacia were particularly at fault for the opening goal conceded on the counter-attack. They were substituted at the break.
Judging by Ten Hag's decision, it now appears likely that the regular duo will be dropped to the bench for the visit of Goodison Park.
Sancho has looked far from confident from the left wing and looks likely to be replaced by Anthony Martial, who is now injury free.
The Frenchman has three goals in his last two appearances for United.
Malacia should make way for the return of Luke Shaw, who has been waiting patiently on the bench for his opportunities lately.
Shaw is definitely a better attacking presence when compared to Malacia, but his main concern has been his defensive awareness.
Aside from Sancho and Malacia, Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to drop to the bench with Marcus Rashford set to return to the XI.
