Chelsea confirm agreement to sign Ivorian striker
Chelsea have confirmed an agreement to sign Molde striker David Datro Fofana at the beginning of the January transfer window.
The Blues recently returned to winning ways with a 2-0 triumph over Bournemouth and they could have easily scored more goals.
The lack of cutting edge in the final third has been a cause for concern and they may have found a solution with the arrival of Fofana.
The 20-year-old comes with a big reputation from Norwegian football where he has registered a stunning 28 goal contributions this term.
He has been dubbed as the new Didier Drogba and it remains to be seen whether the young Ivorian can live up to the hype at Chelsea.
Aside from Fofana, the Blues are also expected to sign a new winger and it could be either Atletico's Joao Felix or AC Milan's Rafael Leao
Felix seems the more suitable target for the Blues as they could sign him on a short-term loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
