Man Utd to confirm signing of Turkish star tomorrow
Manchester United are expected to confirm the arrival of goalkeeper Altay Bayindir from Fenerbahce in the next 24 hours.
The Turkey international arrived in England to undergo his second medical last week and United are preparing his announcement.
They recently agreed to sell Dean Henderson, who was the back-up keeper. He has passed his medical at Crystal Palace.
According to The Athletic, United will simultaneously confirm Henderson's departure as well as the arrival of Bayindir.
Henderson was reluctant to accept a deputy role at United, and he now has the chance to play regular first-team football.
United sold him for an initial £15m and they have used up only £5m to land Bayindir, who should be a top-class signing.
The remaining £10m could be utilised in the process of signing Marc Cucurella on a season-long loan from league rivals Chelsea.
The Red Devils have identified the Spain international as a short-term signing with left-backs Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia injured.
