Arsenal in concrete talks to sign Leroy Sane

Arsenal have entered concrete talks to sign Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sane on a free transfer this summer, according to Christian Falk.

The Gunners are expected to bolster their wide attacking department and have been linked with numerous names. Falk now claims that Sane has emerged as a top target with his Bayern deal expiring on June 30.

Tottenham Hotspur were recently leading the race for the former Manchester City man, but Arsenal have moved in the front seat for his services.

The club have taken concrete steps and have started talks with his agent. Sane seems likely to prefer the Gunners over Spurs for a Bosman move.

Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in Athletic Bilbao star Nico Williams in recent months, but his salary demands are said to be excessive.

Bilbao also want his £48 million release clause to be paid in full which the ners are reluctant to do amid concerns regarding PSR limits.
