Mario Balotelli attracts Bologna interest
Mario Balotelli attracts Bologna interest
Serie A newcomers Bologna are interested in signing up Italy international Mario Balotelli from Liverpool during this summer's transfer window.
The controversial striker joined the Reds from AC Milan last season, and has since then failed to score goals on a regular basis for the Merseyside outfit.
Bologna's sporting director Pantaleo Corvino has now revealed that he would invite the possibility of bringing Balotelli back to Serie A this summer.
"I would take him, he would be highly motivated here. Of course, Bologna have to respect certain financial parameters, but for the right price I would even look at the possibility of buying him outright." he told Corriere dello Sport.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers has recently hinted that the former Manchester City star could pack his bags, following the arrival of the likes of Danny Ings, Roberto Firmino and Christian Benteke in the transfer window.
