Predicted: Arsenal starting Line-Up vs Napoli

11 December 2013 - 15:46

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is expected to field a strong line-up against Napoli later tonight, knowing that his side will go through, if they avoid a 3-0 defeat in Naples.

  • Chelsea eyeing part-exchange deal to sign Osimhen
  • Arsenal defender misses training ahead of Man Utd game

  • Wenger had earlier insisted that his side will go to the Stadio San Paolo, in quest of a win, knowing that the Serie A side will come firing all cylinders at home.

    Team News:

The Gunners are most likely to field a similar defensive setup to that deployed against Everton last weekend.

Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini will make up the defensive midfield, with Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey likely to be benched.

Theo Walcott will most preferably be given his first start for the Gunners in many months and will make up the attack-front along with the likes of Mesut Ozil and Santi Cazorla.

Olivier Giroud is expected to start as the lone striker as usual, with Nicklas Bendtner likely to come on, if the Gunners are in a comfortable position.
