Chelsea travel to St James' Park for today's Premier League clash against Newcastle United.
The Blues have picked up only 16 points from 12 games this term but they will be aiming for an extended winning run with the restart.
Ahead of the game, the club will continue to be without summer signings Romeo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku, who are recovering from injuries.
Predicted Line-up:
Robert Sanchez has played every minute in goal for the Blues since the start of the season. He is expected to continue between the sticks against the Magpies.
It should be the same backline from the 4-4 draw against Manchester City. Reece James and Marc Cucurella are set to feature in the full-back positions. Axel Disasi should partner Thiago Silva in central defence.
Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo have formed a brilliant partnership in midfield. The former has yet to find his stride but has the chance to prove his credentials against Eddie Howe's side on the road.
In the final third, Conor Gallagher has been a revelation for the Blues. He was almost sold in the summer but has turned out as one of their best players. He should feature from the number 10 spot today.
Elsewhere, Cole Palmer and Raheem Sterling should keep their places out wide with Nicolas Jackson leading the line. Palmer and Jackson have an impressive 13 goal contributions combined in the last eight games.
Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1): Sanchez; James, Disasi, Silva, Cucurella; Fernandez, Caicedo; Palmer, Gallagher, Sterling; Jackson.
