Arsenal entertain PSV Eindhoven at the Emirates Stadium in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 tie.

  • Arsenal to hijack Chelsea deal for English winger?
  • Arsenal & Chelsea battling to sign Ajax defender

  • The Gunners sealed a stunning 7-1 win in the first leg on the road and they are in pole position to make the quarter-final.

Hence, manager Mikel Arteta could make several changes to the XI.

    Formation: 4-3-3

    Predicted Line-up:

David Raya is expected to continue between the sticks for the Gunners.

The backline could see three changes. Ben White could make his first start in four months after recovering from knee surgery. He is poised to start at right-back ahead of Jurrien Timber.

William Saliba was present in yesterday's presser and should start in central defence. Jakub Kiwior could partner him. Gabriel Magalhaes could be handed a much-needed breather.

At left-back, it could be a straight swap. Myles Lewis-Skelly looks set to replace Riccardo Calafiori tonight.

In midfield, Declan Rice, Thomas Partey and Martin Odegaard could be rested. We anticipate Jorginho to feature as the holding midfielder with Oleksandr Zinchenko in the no.8 role.

Ethan Nwaneri could drop into a deeper no.10 position. Gabriel Martinelli could make his first start since February from the right wing.

Raheem Sterling could get a rare chance on the left wing tonight. Leandro Trossard is likely to lead the line instead of Mikel Merino.

Predicted Arsenal line-up (4-3-3) vs PSV: Raya; White, Saliba, Kiwior, Lewis-Skelly; Jorginho, Zinchenko, Nwaneri; Martinelli, Trossard, Sterling.
