Everton want Joe Hart
Everton are preparing a formal approach for Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart. The England international was left on the bench for the game against Sunderland.
Hart is currently on the fringes of the first-team after the Citizens agreed personal terms with Barcelona shot-stopper Claudio Bravo.
According to The Mail, the 29-year-old could end his association with the Citzens with Pep Guardiola in favour of a sweeper-keeper in his ranks.
Everton boss Ronald Koeman has been keeping a keen eye on the experienced Englishman, and he would jump at the chance of landing his services over the summer.
Maarten Stekelenburg currently owns the number one role at Goodison Park having joined from Championship side Fulham last month.
The Toffees began their Premier League campaign with a 1-1 draw against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
