Man Utd reluctant to offload Memphis to Everton
Everton are unlikely to get their hands on Memphis Depay in the January transfer window. Manchester United are reluctant to loan out their winger to a direct league rival.
Depay, 22, has been tipped to pursue a temporary move away from Old Trafford after falling out-of-favour under Jose Mourinho.
Toffees boss Ronald Koeman had earlier suggested that he could make an approach for the Dutchman following his struggles in the Premier League this season.
However, any move for the attacker is likely to be intervened by Jose Mourinho, who is not favour of offloading Memphis to a club competiting in the Premier League, The Mirror reports.
Memphis has also attracted interest from Napoli and Fenerbahce over the past month, and he could join a club overseas in the New Year.
