Manolas off to Inter?

Italian giants AS Roma are said to have finalized a deal with Inter Milan to sell Kostas Manolas this month. The Greek footballer is also on the radar of Chelsea and Manchester United.

Manolas, 25, has been constantly linked with a move away from Stadio Olimpico ever since he turned down a fresh contract at the Giallorossi.

The likes of Chelsea and Manchester United have been credited with interest in the player in recent weeks, but according to Calciomercato, the Nerazzurri are deemed to have settled on a €40m sum for his transfer.

Roma officials are expected to resolve the player's status in the coming days with Manolas seemingly keen to part ways with the Capital outfit.

The former Olympiacos man was also the subject of a transfer approach from Arsenal in the summer, but the Giallorossi rejected their offer back then as he had a 50 percent sell-on clause in his contract.

The clause has since expired (Sep 2016), thereby allowing Roma to take the full value of any future sale.
