Liverpool express Aubameyang interest
Liverpool have reportedly expressed interest in signing in-form Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The Gabon international has recently hinted that he could leave BvB in the summer despite being under contract until the summer of 2020.
Manchester City, Real Madrid and Arsenal have been among his key suitors over the past year, but according to TalkSPORT, Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool have joined the chase for his signature.
Klopp had a good relationship with Aubameyang during his time at Signal Iduna Park, but this is unlikely to be sufficient to lure the player to Anfield.
The 27-year-old is keen on a move to a Champions League club, and the Reds have their work cut out following a wretched run of results this year.
Liverpool have yet to register a league win in 2017, and this has seen them fall from title challengers to a club fighting for European football.
Meanwhile, there is also a suggestion that the Reds could offload Daniel Sturridge to West Ham United in order to fund a move for a world-class striker.
