Alexandre Lacazette topping Arsenal shortlist
Arsenal have reportedly earmarked Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette as their prime target for the summer transfer window.
The Gunners have had a long-term association with the France international after having missed out on his signature in the previous two years.
With uncertainty over the future of Alexis Sanchez, the Gunners are lining up a potential bid for Lacazette, who has netted over 20 goals in each in his last three seasons at Les Gones.
However, Marca claims that the north London club could still face competition from Atletico Madrid who are still concerned over the positions of star duo Antoine Griezmann and Kevin Gameiro.
Griezmann could be off to Manchester United this summer, should they decide to activate his £86m release clause.
Meanwhile, Gameiro is the subject from several Chinese clubs, and he could be tempted to accept a lucrative move to the Far East.
Lacazette, who has netted 29 goals for Lyon this term, has been given the permission to leave for a club overseas during the off-season.
