Arsene Wenger reacts to Jack Wilshere exit claim

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has reiterated his desire to keep Jack Wilshere at the Emirates amid speculation linking him with a potential move to Everton.
A recent report from The Mirror suggested that the Toffees are keeping a close watch on the situation of Wilshere, who could be available on a free transfer at the end of the season.
However, speaking in his press conference, Wenger insisted that the club are still keen on committing Wilshere to a new contract, and he is hopeful that the midfielder will prolong his stay.
He said, via The Mirror: "On my side nothing has changed. Jack will be free at the end of the season. We make a proposal to him, I want him to stay and be linked with the club in the future. That is my desire and I hope he will do it."
Wilshere only made a cameo appearance during the weekend 3-0 Premier League win over Watford but he is expected to start against AC Milan in the round of 16, second-leg on Thursday night.
