Zidane taking lessons in preparation for Manchester United role
Zidane taking lessons in preparation for Manchester United role
Zinedine Zidane is taking English lessons in preparation for a possible move to Manchester United, the Sun reports.
Zidane has reportedly turned down numerous jobs to make himself available for the United role, should Mourinho be sacked.
In two-and-a-half years at Real Madrid, Zidane won three consecutive UEFA champions League trophies and had a good relationship with his players.
On the other hand, Jose Mourinho has not met the expectations of United fans and the club itself, and recently had a public spat with Paul Pogba.
After finishing second in England last season, results for United this term have been up and down, and the 2013 Premier League champions are currently in 7th position.
Zidane has been heavily linked with the United job since the start of the season, and the club see him as the ideal candidate to bring glory back to Old Trafford should Mourinho fail.
United face West Ham United in the Premier League this weekend and they will be hoping to bounce back after the last draw against Wolves.
