Arsenal want Premier League ace to replace Petr Cech?

Arsenal are reportedly weighing up an approach to sign Burnley's Nick Pope once veteran goalkeeper Petr Cech retires from the game in the summer.
Cech has already announced that he will step down at the end of the season and this has recently linked the Gunners with a number of quality of shot-stoppers.
However, The Sun claims that the search for a back-up keeper could be restricted to the Premier League itself with Pope identified as the prime option to replace the former Czech Republic international.
Pope dislocated his shoulder shortly after the summer World Cup with England last summer and he has since been unable to reclaim the starting role with Tom Heaton currently Sean Dyche's first choice at Turf Moor.
Elsewhere, Joe Hart has jumped ahead of him in the pecking order for the deputy role and he has recently found himself struggling to make the bench despite a strong 2017/18 campaign.
Emiliano Martinez has recently suggested that the Gunners want him to replace Cech as the second-choice keeper within the ranks but the club seem to be looking at other options than their club graduate.
