Arsenal still interested in signing Wilfried Zaha?
Arsenal are still in the running to sign Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace despite agreeing on a club-record move for Lille's Nicolas Pepe.
The north London giants recently reached an agreement to sign Pepe for £72m this summer and reports have since indicated that the club may not continue with their pursuit of Zaha.
However, according to inews, the Gunners are said to have not given up on signing the Ivorian and they are still exploring at the possibility of purchasing the attacker from the Eagles.
The former Manchester United man has recently been the subject of a £55m bid from Everton but the Eagles have rebuffed the offer as it was below their £80m asking price.
Unai Emery's side have so far failed with a £40m bid for the 26-year-old and it remains to be seen whether they will come close to meeting the demands of their London counterparts.
Arsenal have so far signed the likes of Gabriel Martinelli, William Saliba and Dani Ceballos, and they are expected to announce the arrival of Pepe in the next 24 hours.
