Christian Eriksen makes transfer decision
Tottenham Hotspur attacker Christian Eriksen is reportedly hopeful of making the move to Real Madrid during the 2020 winter transfer window.
Los Blancos were heavily linked with a move for Eriksen during the summer but no deal materialised before the European transfer deadline.
According to Marca, the Dane is still reluctant to pen a new contract with Spurs and this may force the club to sanction his sale when he enters the final six months of his contract this winter.
The same publication claims that Eriksen is keen on pursuing a challenge in the Spanish top-flight and he is hopeful that Los Blancos will retain their interest in the New Year.
Aside from Real Madrid, Juventus have also been credited with an interest in the former Ajax graduate but they are only aiming to sign him on a pre-contract ahead of a Bosman move next summer.
Eriksen has featured in the opening five games of the season for Tottenham Hotspur. He has contributed the single goal which came during the north London derby against Arsenal.
