Emmanuel Dennis on transfer radar for Foxes?

Nigerian striker Emmanuel Dennis is on the radar of Leicester City scouts, with Brendan Rodgers having deployed his team to watch the Club Brugge striker in action. The 40 million euro valued striker has bagged three goals in 9 games for Brugge this year and it is understood several clubs have been tracking the 21-year-old's progress.

Since his arrival in Belgium from Ukrainian club Zorya Luhanshk, Dennis has scored 16 goals in 62 games and has also just recently made his international debut for Nigeria. The 21-year-old, who operates with pace and a danger in the air despite his height of just 5 foot 9, is considered one of Africa's brightest attacking prospects and has already been linked with huge clubs such as Barcelona.

Leicester City have a track record of plucking talent from Belgium's top international talent, having brought in Youri Tielemans and Dennis Praet in the past 12 months whilst Wilfred Ndidi also made a transfer from Genk to Leicester three seasons ago.

Brendan Rodgers has hinted he requires new striking talent after Kelechi Iheanacho has yet to live up to expectations since his arrival from Manchester City.
