Pep Guardiola shares his thoughts on Arteta's managerial start at Arsenal

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has offered his thoughts on Mikel Arteta’s start to the managerial reign at Arsenal.
Speaking about his former protégé, Guardiola heaped praise on his start to the managerial stint in North London.
He said, (h/t Metro)
'I know he's incredibly happy there. 'He's doing a great job. 'His team when I saw some games are doing well and I'm so happy for him.'
Arteta took over the reins at the Emirates Stadium in December and has since led the Gunners to only one win in the Premier League, despite showing early promises.
However, Jamie Carragher, ex-Liverpool star believes that summer signings will change Arteta's fortunes next season.
The North London club were able to sign Pablo Mari and Cedric Soares in the winter transfer exchange; both turn out to be loan signings from Flamengo and Southampton respectively.
Gunners also dropped points against Burnley yesterday after playing out a goalless draw. They are currently 10th in the Premier League table trailing Everton by two points.
