Liverpool to offload three players this summer
Liverpool are prepared to part ways with three first-team stars at the end of the current campaign.
The Reds are on the cusp of winning their maiden Premier League title but they are still not expected to spend heavily in the summer due to the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
There could, however, be outward activity at the end of the season with Adam Lallana and Nathaniel Clyne expected to leave on free transfers when their contract expire.
Meanwhile, Xherdan Shaqiri is another player, who could head through the exit door, having struggled for gametime under Jurgen Klopp since the beginning of 2019.
Lallana has been widely fancied to reunite with former Reds boss Brendan Rodgers at Leicester City. Clyne, on the other hand, is attracting interest from West Ham United.
Shaqiri has yet to receive any proposal but reports claim that Newcastle United are keeping tabs on his situation. The Swiss is valued in the region of £25m.
