Everton and Leicester City enter race for Championship striker
Everton and Leicester City are among the clubs interested in signing Brentford striker Ivan Toney during the next transfer window.
The 25-year-old has had a fantastic debut season for the Bees, registering 30 goals from 44 appearances in the Championship.
The club have secured their place in the play-offs, and it remains to be seen whether they can clinch top-flight promotion after more than seven decades.
According to The 72, the striker is likely to be in demand this summer regardless of the league status of the west London outfit.
Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Leeds United and West Ham United have been linked with him, and there is fresh competition from the Foxes and Toffees.
Toney has four years remaining on his contract with the capital club. He is reportedly valued at around £35m by Thomas Frank's side.
Brentford are assured of the third spot in the Championship table, and they will face the sixth-placed team in the play-off semi-final.
