Chelsea want to sign Robert Lewandowski?
Chelsea have emerged as surprise contenders to land the signature of Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski this summer.
Lewandowski has been with the Bavarian giants for the past seven years, and he has been in stupendous form this term with 43 goals from 37 games.
The Pole has two years remaining on his contract, but according to ESPN, he is contemplating a move away from the German champions.
Lewandowski is open to testing himself in the Premier League, and it is claimed that the Blues are one of the clubs interested.
Thomas Tuchel is eyeing a new striker this summer with Timo Werner yet to find his scoring boots for the west London giants.
Bayern could be open to selling their prized asset, but he won't come on the cheap with a reported price tag of around €60m.
Manchester City have also been linked with the 32-year-old as they aim to replace Sergio Aguero, who will leave the club this summer.
