Raheem Sterling favours move to Arsenal?

Raheem Sterling news

Sterling to Arsenal in January?

Manchester City star Raheem Sterling would prefer a move to Arsenal during the January transfer window.

The England international has struggled for regular game time this term, and he has been limited to just three Premier League starts.

The forward recently said that he would not mind leaving the Cityzens, and Transfer Market Web claims he could stay in the English top-flight.

Barcelona have been heavily linked with his services, but Sterling would not mind continuing in the Premier League with the Gunners.

Sterling has a good relationship with manager Mikel Arteta. The Spaniard played a key role in his development when he was City's assistant.

The Gunners are reportedly looking to add another winger to their ranks in January with suggestions that Nicolas Pepe could be offloaded.

Sterling's contract with the Cityzens expires in 19 months' time, and he could be available for a cut-price fee of around £40 million.

Arsenal have also been linked with Juventus' Dejan Kulusevski and Club Brugge's Noa Lang over the past couple of weeks.
