'We will see': Arsenal attacker hints at summer departure
Arsenal attacker Nicolas Pepe has hinted that he could pursue a fresh challenge away from the club this summer.
The Ivory Coast international had an impressive end to the previous season with a couple of braces in the Premier League.
However, this has not turned his fortunes around. Pepe has been a regular on the bench for most of the current campaign.
Pepe has now acknowledged that he is now focused on ending the season on a high with the club before assessing his future.
He told reporters: "I am focused on how well we do until the end of the season and the club's target, which is getting into the Champions League. Then we will see what happens.
Pepe has struggled to nail down a starting role this term with Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka being the regular wingers.
He recently made a big impact off the bench against Wolves with a goal and an assist as the Gunners secured a 2-1 comeback win.
Despite this, he was once again on the bench for the next game. Hence, his potential desire to leave the club is justifiable.
