Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Brentford, Fred and Lingard start
Manchester United host Brentford in tonight's Premier League encounter at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils have picked up just one point from the last three league games which has ended their Champions League hopes.
They can still qualify for European spot, and interim boss Ralf Rangnick will be eyeing a strong performance from his side.
Formation: 4-2-3-1
Predicted Line-up:
David de Gea has been ever-present in the Premier League campaign. Although he has failed to keep regular clean sheets, he has been in exceptional form with key saves. The Spaniard is expected to start in goal tonight.
The backline could remain unchanged from the midweek stalemate against Chelsea. Diogo Dalot and Alex Telles are expected to start in the full-back roles. Victor Lindelof should continue to partner Raphael Varane in central defence.
In midfield, United have received a big boost with the injury return of Fred. The Brazil international should be reinstated into the line-up, and we fancy him to partner Nemanja Matic, who has an assist in each of his last two games.
Further forward, a solitary change is expected. Anthony Elanga is reportedly not part of the matchday squad due to a potential injury. This could see Jesse Lingard start on the right wing.
The rest of the team should remain similar. Bruno Fernandes will start as the attacking midfielder with Marcus Rashford on the left wing. Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to lead the line.
Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1): De Gea; Dalot, Lindelof, Varane, Telles; Fred, Matic; Lingard, Fernandes, Rashford; Ronaldo.
