Chelsea identify top two defensive targets

Chelsea have identified Jules Kounde and Josko Gvardiol as their main targets to bolster the central defensive department.
The Blues are expected to pursue a couple of central defenders this summer with Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen leaving.
Kounde has been a long-term target, and The Telegraph claims that they are ready to step up their interest after last year's failure.
The Blues agreed personal terms with the Frenchman at the beginning of last season, but failed to negotiate a suitable transfer fee.
Sevilla wanted his €80m release clause to be paid in full, but the LaLiga outfit could negotiate a lesser price this summer.
Meanwhile, Gvardiol has been closely monitored by Blues scouts. The Croatian had a terrific debut season at Leipzig last term.
He is used to playing in a three-man backline, and could seamlessly fit in. Leipzig are set to demand around €50m for his services.
Tottenham Hotspur are also keeping tabs on the 20-year-old.
