Chelsea planning move for Kalidou Koulibaly
Chelsea could revive their long-term interest in signing Napoli star Kalidou Koulibaly this summer.
The Blues are expected to strengthen their central defence for next season following the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
They have been linked with a move for Juventus' Matthijs de Ligt, but Calciomercatoweb claim that Koulibaly is also on their radar.
The Senegal international has been a long-term target for the Blues, and he was first linked with the club when Antonio Conte was manager.
Over the years, Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has resisted his sale with big price tags, but is likely to consider offers this summer.
Koulibaly's deal expires at the end of next season, and the Naples outfit are not keen on losing him on a free transfer at the turn of the year.
Hence, they are likely to be compelled to sell the 31-year-old, but are still expected to look for a package of around £30 million for his services.
