Gleison Bremer linked with Chelsea and Tottenham switch
Brazilian centre-back Gleison Bremer is a target for both Chelsea and Tottenham, as the Premier League clubs have both been in contact with representatives of Italian side Torino. According to multiple reports, Spurs and the Blues are ready to bid 40 million euros to sign the 25-year-old defender, who has two years remaining on is deal in Turin.
A highly rated centre-back, Bremer has appeared in close to 100 games for Torino and has scored an impressive 11 league goals, making him one of the continent's most prolific defensive goalscorers.
Tottenham and Chelsea are both scouring Europe to find defensive reinforcements, Chelsea are on the look out for a replacement for Andreas Christensen, who has joined Barcelona, whilst Tottenham are ready to sell Davinson Sanchez.
Torino's sporting director Davide Vagnati has been spotted in London, apparently negotiating an exit for the Brazilian.
Serie A giants Inter Milan are also amongst the clubs looking to sign the Brazilian, but are not prepared to match the player's price tag.
The player joined Torino in 2018, prior to that he had emerged through Sao Paulo's youth setup, before making a move to Atletico MG.
