Man Utd weighing up Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang bid?
Manchester United are considering a potential move to sign former Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The Red Devils are determined to bolster their attack before Thursday's deadline and a new striker seems a priority.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been touted to leave in the coming days. This could be the reason behind the interest in Aubameyang.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, United have joined Chelsea in the pursuit of the 33-year-old, who scored 20 goals last term.
The Blues recently proposed to sign him for £15 million plus Marcos Alonso, but Barcelona prefer to sell him for £20m outright.
United could be prepared to pay the figure for Aubameyang, but the big question is whether he would join them this summer.
Aubameyang left the Gunners for Barcelona last winter with the view to playing Champions League in his career once again.
He is open to joining Chelsea due to the same, and may be averse to the idea of making the switch to Old Trafford in the coming days.
