Chelsea have good chance of signing Declan Rice
Chelsea have been fancied to make a big-money move for West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice next summer.
The west London giants have been huge admirers of the England star, who was in their academy until the age of 14.
They have been put off from signing him in recent years due to the £150m price tag, but that valuation could come down.
Rice will enter the final year of his contract with the Hammers next summer, but the club have the option for another 12 months.
While the clause will be triggered by David Moyes' side, they are widely expected to sell him as he has no plans to extend.
According to 90min, this has apparently caught the eye of the Blues, who are prepared to spend big to bolster their midfield.
The focus was largely on the defensive department this summer. The priority will now shift to the midfield ahead of next season.
Aside from Rice, the Blues also want Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham.
