Arsenal to make shock move for Declan Rice?

Arsenal could make a surprise move for West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice during the ongoing transfer window.

The England international is regarded as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and he has been touted to leave the Hammers soon.

Rice has publicly revealed his ambition to play in the Champions League and Fichajes claim that Arsenal could end up as his next destination.
