Arsenal planning one more signing before deadline
Arsenal are planning one more signing before the transfer window closes on Friday night, according to Daily Mail.
The Gunners have already spent more than 200 million pounds on purchases in the transfer window. They have been recouping funds over the past few weeks.
Folarin Balogun left today on a permanent basis to Monaco while Nuno Tavares is expected to move to Nottingham Forest on loan with an option to buy.
The likes of Rob Holding, Cedric Soares, Albert Sambi Lokonga and Nicolas Pepe are also expected to leave, and the club could make a final signing in the end.
A versatile defender is most likely to be the target for the club, having lost new signing Jurrien Timber for the next six months with a serious knee ligament injury.
Southampton's Kyle Walker-Peters could be an option for the north London giants, but he may not come on the cheap. The Saints may not sell him for less than £40m.
