Mikel Arteta confirms triple Arsenal injury blow

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed a triple injury blow following the 1-0 Premier League win over Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners extended the gap at the top of the table to four points following their London derby win. Eberechi Eze bagged the winner in the 38th minute.
Arsenal's game ended on a sour note with multiple injuries. William Saliba was replaced at the half-time interval after a couple of concerns.
Declan Rice and Riccardo Calafiori picked up knocks as well and were substituted towards the end of the derby as they were struggling.
Speaking after the game, Arteta confirmed a triple issue, he said: "The first one was Willy [Saliba] that obviously had to be out after the first half.
"Declan as well was struggling from the first half with a knock that he took. Ricky as well, so let’s see how that will go."
Arsenal had a brilliant weekend. Their victory over Palace coincided with defeats for Manchester City and Liverpool at Aston Villa and Brentford respectively.
As a result, they are six and seven points ahead of their Premier League title rivals and look to be in a good position to fight for the English crown.
