Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Everton, Palmer & Estevao start

Predicted Chelsea line-up vs Everton today

Chelsea will aim to return to winning ways when they host Everton in the Premier League this afternoon.

The Blues are winless in the last three league games and they are currently fifth in the table with 25 points.

The club will be determined to pick up a victory against the Toffees. Ahead of the game, manager Enzo Maresca could make a few changes.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Predicted Line-up:

Robert Sanchez is guaranteed to continue between the sticks. He has had a mixed run of performances, but remains the undisputed starting goalkeeper ahead of Filip Jorgensen.

Malo Gusto and Marc Cucurella are likely to operate on the right and left-back positions respectively. Wesley Fofana has returned to training after an eye injury. He should partner Trevoh Chalobah in central defence.

With Moises Caicedo suspended for one more league game, it could be Andrey Santos partnering Enzo Fernandez in the centre of the park. Reece James could be given a breather, given his long injury record.

Cole Palmer was left out of the Atalanta game, but should return in the no.10 role this afternoon. We expect Alejandro Garnacho and Estevao Willian to start on the left and right wing as part of Maresca's rotation.

Joao Pedro scored the opening goal against Atalanta in the Champions League in midweek. The Brazil international is poised to lead the line with Liam Delap injured.

Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Everton: Sanchez; Gusto, Fofana, Chalobah, Cucurella; Santos, Fernandez; Estevao, Palmer, Garnacho; Pedro.
