Man Utd determined to land new left-back, top target revealed

Manchester United are determined to land a new left-back to complement Luke Shaw this summer, according to Manchester Evening News.
The Red Devils have already landed a new midfielder in Ederson from Atalanta, and he is expected to join after the World Cup with Brazil.
The club are also working on signing another midfielder, and reports claim that talks are underway with West Ham United over Mateus Fernandes.
Meanwhile, United have plans to bolster their defence too and Newcastle United's Lewis Hall is the prime target for the position for now.
Hall has also opened the door for a potential transfer, and United are likely to prioritise a left-back over a new left winger this summer.
Patrick Dorgu has found good success as a left-sided winger alongside Matheus Cunha, and he could play higher up the field next term.
There are no plans to bring in another player for the attacking role, considering Dorgu has shown that he has the potential to make it big.
