Chelsea face Leicester City away from home in the Premier League this afternoon. The Blues are currently top of the standings with a three-point lead, and will be aiming to sustain their advantage.

  • Chelsea midfielder looking forward to London derby vs Spurs
  • Arsenal in the front row to sign Dutch striker

  • Predicted Line-up:

Edouard Mendy is an undisputed choice in goal for the Blues. He has been in fine form this term with six clean sheets, equal with Manchester City's Ederson.

The backline could see a solitary change. Thiago Silva may not start after the long travel from Brazil. Cesar Azpilicueta could partner Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger.

Reece James and Ben Chilwell are guaranteed starters in the wing-back positions, and the same should be the case for Jorginho and N'Golo Kante in the centre of the park.

Mason Mount looks set to return to the starting XI after missing multiple games following his dental surgery. He was restricted to a cameo against Burnley, but should start in the number 10 role today.

Timo Werner has returned to training after a hamstring injury, but the game will come too soon for him. Kai Havertz and Callum Hudson-Odoi should continue to lead the attack.

Predicted Chelsea line-up (3-4-1-2): Edouard Mendy; Cesar Azpilicueta, Andreas Christensen, Antonio Rudiger; Reece James, Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Ben Chilwell; Mason Mount; Kai Havertz, Callum Hudson-Odoi.
