Arsenal interested in signing Iker Casillas
Arsenal have reportedly shown interest in signing up Real Madrid's legendary goalkeeper Iker Casillas during the upcoming transfer window.
According to Spanish newspaper AS, the Gunners have made it a top priority to sign up a top-class goalkeeper this summer, after Lukasz Fabianski left the club for Swansea City over the past month.
In addition to this, manager Arsene Wenger believes that the 33-year-old's experience at playing at the highest stage could prove vital to the club's progress in the Premier League, as well as provide adequate competition to current number one Wojciech Szczesny.
Casillas is poised to lead the Spain national side as they aim to retain the World Cup in Brazil.
